High Adventure
Seabase High Adventure- 2010Congratulations! We have been selected Florida National High Adventure Sea Base in 2010. If you signed up for seabase in 2010 you must pay your $100 deposit by March 11th scout meeting. Our payment is due to seabase by March 19th. If you no longer want your slot let me know we have several people on the waiting list. Dan Cerone Memorial High Adventure ScholarshipDan Cerone was a committed Boy Scout leader in Troop 947. He also was a Cub Scout leader in Pack 946. Dan's life was cut short by heart disease but his memory and love for High Adventure will live on through a High Adventure Scholarship Fund donated to Troop 947 by his loving family. The Dan Cerone Memorial High Adventure Scholarship is designed to support youth members of Troop 947 who would like to participate in the troop's high adventure opportunities but requires financial assistance. A $500 scholarship is available to youth members of Troop 947 who meet the eligibility requirements of the campership program offered by the high adventure facility the troop will be visiting. For further details and information on how to apply or if you would like to donate to the Scholarship fund, please contact the Scoutmaster or Committee Chair. |
