Very Important!BSA is introducing a new medical form, effective for 2010. The new medical forms are good for 12 months only, applicable to scouts and adult leaders. The existing medical forms will not be accepted for 2010 summer camp . This means every scout or adult leader must have the new medical form and their physical must have occurred within 12 months of the start of camp. (For those traveling to Sea Base in 2010, you will need a seporate medical form).
